Was Anonym at Radius 39 a mag?
the lunch in the radius 39 was wonderful. suppe and quiche – both with much love homemade. then another first-class espresso, perfetto! the local is bright and airy with a pretty garden. warm service, relaxed jazz music and extremely fair prices. a beautiful selection of products from the region in the shop. a win for the quarter! What Anonym dislikes about Radius 39:
If you are looking for bad coffee from overwhelmed hostes, you are here in the right place. The local with the garden would be worth seeing. but this alone does not guarantee yet a good service and good products. it does not use anything to put a professional coffee machine. View all feedback.

The concept of the store/coffee is pretty nice! We went there on a saturday for an afternoon tea, there was vegan milk but nothing vegan to eat. The staff said normally there is a vegan pastry but there isn‘t anything left.

While spending a few days in Basel, we were fortunate enough to have rented an apartment within walking distance of Radius 39. Benedikt, one of the owners, made us a veggie omelet (not sure it was even on the menu!) when we said we were hungry for eggs after a long trip from the U.S It was delicious! As was the coffee, brewed to our tastes, and served with baked goods, cheese, and jam. We liked this place so much,we returned the next day,and Lisa, co-owner and wife of Benedikt offered to make us a weekend special of quail eggs, even though it was a weekday! True "Southern hospitality," Basel-style! Again, delicious, and served with fresh sides as before. Love their coffee, did we mention that? Needless to say, we returned again for more wonderful, fresh food, and helpful advice from the owners about places to visit while there along with directions to help us navigate their city. This is a wonderful place, owned by a dear couple who are making great efforts to use local organic ingredients from within a radius of 39 km of their cafe. We enjoyed the food they prepared so thoughtfully, and getting to know them a bit as we explored Basel. We felt that we scored a real winner with this sweet cafe and it is among the places we will remember with fondness long after we've returned home.

The concept of the branch/coffee is beautiful! We went there on a Saturday for an afternoon tea, there was vegan milk but nothing to eat vegan. The staff normally said there is a vegan pastry, but there is nothing more.
