I wasn't greeted upon arrival and had to ask if I could place an order, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. When it came to my sandwich, the staff member barely put any of the toppings I requested. I asked for a bit more of one ingredient (he only added two banana peppers), and he seemed bothered by my request. I also requested Italian dressing, but he informed me that they only had olive oil, even though I could clearly see the Italian dressing available. Throughout my visit, I felt unwelcome. Subway has always been my go-to, but after this experience, I think I’ll choose Jimmy John's or Cousins next time for better customer service!

The young man who made my sub appeared to be disinterested and even a bit frustrated with his work. However, he seemed to brighten up when a friend walked in to order food. I overheard their conversation, where the friend asked for a discount on a foot-long sub, and he quickly agreed. To add to my disappointment, my sandwich was squished, and when I went to pay, the cashier's attitude was off-putting as he snapped, "Is that all?" Overall, the customer service was lacking—rude, unmotivated, and devoid of any positive attitude.
