I wasn't greeted upon arrival and had to ask if I could place an order, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. When it came to my sandwich, the staff member barely put any of the toppings I requested. I asked for a bit more of one ingredient (he only added two banana peppers), and he seemed bothered by my request. I also requested Italian dressing, but he informed me that they only had olive oil, even though I could clearly see the Italian dressing available. Throughout my visit, I felt unwelcome. Subway has always been my go-to, but after this experience, I think I’ll choose Jimmy John's or Cousins next time for better customer service!

Food cooler was covered in old nasty food and mold was growing on the seals. Fingerprints all over the glass. Lettuce was wilty and brown. employee did not wash his hands at all during the three customer experience that Iwitnessed. Dropped my food on the counter and then was going to package it and give it to me. I had to request a remake. I'm sodisgusted that I don't even want to eat the food that I paid for. Will never return.

I would recommend this sub and rate it a 10/10. When I was ordering I was unsure of what to put on it and the worker named Avery hadgreat suggestions. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. GREAT customer service.
