Waited in drive thu for 25mins, then got the wro... read more This is the worst taco bell chain I have ever been to. The workers didn't care they made a mistake on my order. Waited in drive thu for 25mins, then got the wrong order and was told to come into lobby waited another 15min was workers were laughing and joking about how one or the other messed up the order. Seriously waste of my time just wanted a refund at that point and they said they couldn't because it was a online order. NEVER going back to this taco bell ever again even if it was the last taco bell ever to exist.

I get it, it was 2 AM, but if you work in customer service, you have to at least try to be nice. This guy was not nice at all. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back, very disappointed.
