I had a good experience at TGI Friday's with decently-priced food. The staff was attentive and the manager even stopped by our table during our meal. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but they were both resolved to my satisfaction. The greeter didn't seem to know about my Open Table reservation, but I chalked it up to it being a new program for them. The other issue was that the menu didn't mention peppers, which I don't like, but the pretzel chicken sandwich came with some hot ones. I discussed this with the manager, who acknowledged the oversight but couldn't control the menu printing. He offered to replace my order, but I had already removed the peppers and was enjoying my meal. Overall, it slightly affected my experience but it was still enjoyable.
Today is TGI Friday, so we decided to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and the manager even stayed during our meal. The other problem was that I do not like paprika at all. The menu did not mention it, but my pretzel chicken sandwich came with a significant amount of it. I spoke to the manager, who agreed that it shouldn't have been there but couldn't control the menu. He offered to replace my dish, but I had already removed the paprika and enjoyed my sandwich. While I realize most people wouldn't be bothered by this, it did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.
