I wasn't greeted upon arrival and had to ask if I could place an order, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. When it came to my sandwich, the staff member barely put any of the toppings I requested. I asked for a bit more of one ingredient (he only added two banana peppers), and he seemed bothered by my request. I also requested Italian dressing, but he informed me that they only had olive oil, even though I could clearly see the Italian dressing available. Throughout my visit, I felt unwelcome. Subway has always been my go-to, but after this experience, I think I’ll choose Jimmy John's or Cousins next time for better customer service!

The young man who made my sub appeared to be disinterested and even a bit frustrated with his work. However, he seemed to brighten up when a friend walked in to order food. I overheard their conversation, where the friend asked for a discount on a foot-long sub, and he quickly agreed. To add to my disappointment, my sandwich was squished, and when I went to pay, the cashier's attitude was off-putting as he snapped, "Is that all?" Overall, the customer service was lacking—rude, unmotivated, and devoid of any positive attitude.

Unfortunately, the service was somewhat disappointing. The staff appeared either inexperienced or not very engaged in their work. The prices were slightly above average, and the portion of steak on my sandwich was less than what I've encountered at other Subways. All in all, I might give this location another try in the afternoon to see if it gets better, but my experience this morning left me wishing I had opted for a different place.

We were visibly waiting to order, but she chose to leave after assisting a white customer. Unfortunately, my experience made me feel that this Subway location has employees who display racism. It was a blonde, overweight woman, to be specific. I would not recommend visiting this establishment.
