The staff greeted us warmly, were pleasant and attentive. The menu offered a nice variety of options, and when our food arrived, it was flavorful and served hot. The overall atmosphere could use some improvement, as the restaurant could benefit from a refurbishment and better heating - despite having radiators, it was quite cold inside. If visiting in winter, beware of icicles forming in the toilets. The prices were mid-range and we would consider returning, as the food was good even though nothing particularly stood out to impress us.

I ordered delivery for almost £70, but the delivery driver refused to make the effort to come to the front of my house and drove off instead. He claimed he was lost, leaving me waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes. When he finally delivered the food, it was completely cold. The restaurant's response was inadequate and I am extremely disappointed. I remember when Dilshad was a great place 20 years ago, but I will never use this establishment again.
