99 Restaurants Corporate Hq - Woburn

I originally had a bad experience at my local 99 but the service manager Jim made up for that bad visit. I appreciate how he kept his word on how he would fix that visit. So once again I thank you for correcting that visit. 99 you got a great service manager at that location.

Charlie Doe would be rolling in his grave to see the deplorable conditions of his legacy! Mashpee 99 : cleanliness would make you vomit! What does the kitchen look like?? This continues week after week. Food is overcooked and inedible! Judging from other comments throughout the chain, this is par for the course. I only come with my friends on Thursdays to play trivia. Covid is NOT an excuse! Close it down if you can't provide cleanliness and quality!!!!

Kids eat free after Red Sox win.! False advertising. Limit only 2 kids is not mentioned either in written or on the air ads. I called to complain and was told to watch my email for something??? Nothing ever arrived
