Sadly, my experience was lackluster as... read more I had high expectations for this restaurant due to their enticing menu of delicious-sounding Asian-inspired vegan dishes. Sadly, my experience was lackluster as the food seemed packaged and pre-cooked, and the staff did not seem focused on creating a positive experience for new customers. I decided to order spring rolls to-go and noodles with vegetables and tofu for takeout, but both dishes were underwhelming. The spring rolls were doughy with minimal filling, and the noodles were dry with small, bland pieces of vegetables and tofu. I hope that the owners of Bayberry consider revamping their menu and providing higher-quality, more consistent dishes if they decide to reopen in the future. Perhaps a food truck would be a great idea for a fresh start. Thank you.
