Contribute FeedbackMorton’s at Seaport faces a mix of experiences during busy times like restaurant week. While some guests praise attentive service and enjoyed memorable meals, others reported disappointment with food quality and rushed service. Common issues included overcooked steaks, unappealing appetizers, and unresponsive bar staff. Many appreciated the friendly servers and inviting atmosphere but lamented inconsistency in food preparation and service. Overall, Morton’s has potential for great dining experiences, particularly for special occasions, but the recent feedback suggests that improvements are needed to align with its esteemed reputation as a high-end steakhouse.
I sat at the bar and received excellent service. It was the last night of restaurant week so it was pretty busy, but the bartenders never missed a beat, especially the older gentleman ... top-notch bartender!
We had a wonderful experience at Morton's. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday and our 11th anniversary, and they exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!
I was extremely disappointed with the service last night. It felt rushed and the server kept blaming our late arrival, even though the restaurant was still open. If they are open at 9, they should provide the same level of service to all customers. The food was cold and the steak was almost raw. Despite hearing good reviews, our experience felt like a waste of money and time.
Went for Boston dine in week … everything was great
I’ve been to this location several times and every time the service is phenomenal . My server was Brandon and he was very attentive and suggested great drinks the lemon drop was the best I’ve ever had
