Service was warm, friendly, attentive prompt despite being busy; all food was delicious, hot well-presented; drinks were brought swiftly were nice cold. Couldn’t ask for more in such a lovely setting! The only area for improvement is a logistical one: like many restaurants the acoustics are a bit harsh/loud, but this is an issue with most places!

It is part of a large chain, and it seems like they don't put much care or attention into their dishes. I was disappointed with my experience, especially considering the cost. Next time, I would prefer to support an independent restaurant in New Brighton.

We had a pre-theatre meal there on a late aft... read more We had never been to a Prezzo restaurant before, thinking it was overpriced for what it offered. We were mistaken. We had a pre-theatre meal there on a late afternoon, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They made us feel welcome and the atmosphere was lively. I highly recommend the meat calzone, as all the food was delicious and well presented. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We arrived at 7.10pm and were asked if we had booked, then we were advised that a table may not be available (even though there were many empty tables!! , but t... read more We arrived at 7.10pm and were asked if we had booked, then we were advised that a table may not be available (even though there were many empty tables!! , but they found one next to noisy kids. We asked to move to a quieter table and that too was met with a frown but they found one amongst the many empty tables. Having got a table at last, we waited twenty minutes without any attention at all and decided to leave and go elsewhere...
