Instead of... read more I spent the weekend in Arklow and enjoyed dining outside in the rare glorious sunshine. The extensive menu offered plenty of options for vegetarians. Instead of a full breakfast, the friendly server asked me what I wanted and put together a customized meal for me. My dining companion had a scone and a hot chocolate. This was our second visit to the restaurant, and the server remembered that my friend did not like marshmallows in her hot chocolate, a small but thoughtful gesture. We both had delicious breakfasts and I look forward to trying the omelette next time as it looks amazing. Sitting in the sunshine, enjoying a coffee was a lovely way to spend a relaxing hour or two.

The biggest let down was seeing a beautiful coffee machine and then they give us instant coffee.
