Unique experience for the rustic restaurant and nice food. Staff working there are very friendly.
Just been for a family meal, it was ok. Personally i think it was way over priced for what we got. The area we were sitting was very dark (up by the fire). Twice they got my drink order wrong. Overall I just felt like the atmosphere wasn't great, we we're rushed and the guy who seemed to be in charge i.e could of been the manager on the floor wasnt very pleasant. I asked for the bill, he went off cane back serving other people still without our bill. Another person on our table asked for the bill again. After we finally got it, we wanted to pay separately so we were told we had to go to the till which we did then to be told no we had to go to another till. Wouldn't recommend.
Food is decent, especially pizza and cod spice bag.
Totally enjoyed our visit to The Brassfox, staff was great, extremely helpful and polite, food was amazing all-around , lovely atmosphere warm and cosy.. highly recommended 5* from the 5 of us thank you
