I visited a restaurant on Tuesday afternoon and was pleased to receive excellent and attentive service from two employees. It's a shame that Subway doesn't pay their employees more than minimum wage. However, when I visited a Paignton location in Devon, only one person was working and the service was quite slow. It was a bit of a mystery as to why they were understaffed at that time.
Josh is the member of staff that hasn’t opened the subway yet, online says it opens and he TOLD ME VERY BLUNTLY doesn’t open till looks like he’s just woke up in the sausage pot (very scruffy and doesn’t look clean enough to...be working with food) every member of staff told me it should be open! now on a long drive I’m starving and he’s ruined me day I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE THIS SERVICE THROWN OPON THEM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL DEFINITELY BE PUTTING MY MONEY INTO A BETTER FRANCHISE!!!!!!
Visited today to pick up some “quick” lunch. minutes in a queue with four customers in front! Unbelievable! My husband actually came looking for me I was gone so long! Understaffed with the added benefit of no urgency.
