I go there alot and i try to try something different. So this time I tried the fuego deluxe which is a breakfast taco with Eggs, bacon, frijoles, grilled onions, potato roasted poblano queso in a fresh home-made flour tortilla. It is soooo Good! This place is the bomb, those portions are amazing, and Keith behind the cash register is the man. This place is a 10, especially if you are just passing through Waco. Thanks Keith, and Fuego!
Great food! Customer service is on point! Awesome upbeat atmosphere and energetic manager (short black guy)! Totally has become more welcoming! Will definitely come here more often!

They have the best queso and fried avacodas. We also went today, our cashier/ waitress greeted us with welcome back. She was very attentive both days we were here.
Had to come get my favorite dish the 'El Presidente ' ... The service was great fast and the staff was very excellent !!!
