Friday’s was an experience I will never forget. I took family from Wyoming as I grew up in Texas and showed them this amazing spot in Waco, boy the service was amazing and the food even better, would recommend to anyone in the USA to get here and eat Friday’s cookin!

There most authentic Cajun food in Waco. Hahaha down the staff and owners are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Would eat here everyday if I could.

Today is 01/05/23, my reason for leaving this review is for the betterment of the establishment. When I spend money at my AA establishments I’m always ready to be as supportive as possible, I have to say the 43.00 disappointment I experienced today was disturbing. I ordered the catfish and shrimp plate, like other establishments who are saving money by substituting the catfish with Swai, they served me this lesser fish but charged the same as if I was getting catfish. The gumbo was chicken soup made with chicken stock at best, it was clear as spring water. , I believe the product should be comparable to the price being charged. Styrofoam plates with a 43.00 sit down meal, please periodically wipe down those salt pepper shakers on the table, they have buildup which speaks to the attention given to this task. I love you and I’m praying for you all.
