Y... read more Absolutely EVERYTHING about this restaurant is FANTASTIC, PHENOMENAL, OVER THE TOP!!! Lovely, friendly, polite, and professional staff. Make you feel at home. You might have to wait, but I’d wait hours!!!! It’s worth the wait. Get there early!!! Or order the day before. They are too busy to answer the phone, so go there to order. It’s normal for them to run out by 1pm. I’m from New York, and I will definitely be making a trip back to Waco for this barbecue. I don’t leave reviews, but for Papa Jack’s, I just had too. DELICIOUS!!!!!! Kim and her family are just beautiful people.

The only thing I wish there was more seating, but they managed to make it work with a group of 6 of us : best Brisket I've ever had, the chicken was fantastic and the Big Red BBQ sauce was great!! Get there early, because once the food is gone, it's gone. We missed out on the Sweet Potato Casserole, but everything else made up for it!

Honestly you cannot go wrong with anything on this menu.It’s a tiny place, and while walking in, you’ll wonder if you made the right decision to stop by. YEP! My family and I were greeted with a friendly smile from the waitress to the cook! The smoked Mac and cheese, cabbage,greens was the best I?ve ever tasted. Don?t get me started on the sweet potato casserole! It melted in my mouth with a nicecrunch on top! Everything was on point! I have no room to complain at all! Just expand this business to temple ????. But I don?twant to gain any weight back ????. We will definitely be back to visit.

From the second we walked in until dessert we felt like family! Amazing people and amazing meats andsides! My vegan wife loved the smoked cabbage! The brisket and ribs were tender and full of flavor! Can't wait to eat theleftovers tonight. You have some fans from Utah! Thanks again!
