I've been hunting aunt Anne's Pretzel shop for years and I always love the food. And although I had friendly service, it seems a lack of communication here. The tables were bad and the productivity was slow. I think the manager must focus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to speak and what priorities should be. Well first of all auntie Anne's is my favorite pretzel place this location is horrible no food ready team has no communication what so ever with each other manager not close to the team focusing on having a team that works well together .
