What User dislikes about Volcano Winery:
The service from our waitress was awesome. The food was ok. I was hoping for a bit better. I had a streak, while cook well, just not as much flavor. And the mashed potatoes were terrible. Broccoli was yummy. Husband's dish was ok, sweet potatoes were good, but again, the streak not so great. Although we didn't eat while there, the charcuterie board left something to be desired; the cheese appeared to be processed and lacked character. I would suggest that they collaborate with local artisans for cheese, jams, and baked goods to enhance their charcuterie selection and better reflect the craftsmanship of the area, especially considering the pricing. As for the Pinot Noir, it might benefit from a bit more aging, as it seemed a bit too young compared to the delicious Pinots from Sonoma/Napa. Overall, we had a wonderful experience—mahalo!

The desserts are on the sweeter side, which I really enjoyed, although I can see how it might not suit everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The cheese plate was delicious!
