What User dislikes about Volcano Winery:
The service from our waitress was awesome. The food was ok. I was hoping for a bit better. I had a streak, while cook well, just not as much flavor. And the mashed potatoes were terrible. Broccoli was yummy. Husband's dish was ok, sweet potatoes were good, but again, the streak not so great. We went here for our 30th anniversary cause we were staying up in Volcano and wanted to see the eruption of Kilauea while we at... View all feedback.

We didn't try the food, but the charcuterie looked a bit basic, featuring Ritz crackers and processed cheeses. I recommend sourcing local artisan cheeses, jams, or baked goods to enhance the charcuterie platter and better reflect the area's artisanal offerings, especially considering the price point. Additionally, the Pinot Noir could benefit from some aging, as it tastes a bit too young and tart compared to the delicious Pinots produced in Sonoma/Napa. Thank you for a lovely visit; we truly enjoyed it! Mahalo!

The wines they offer tend to be on the sweeter side, which I personally enjoyed, though I can see that not everyone might prefer that. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I also found the cheese plate to be delightful!
