The ambiance is outstanding. Reflecting the community and local. It's a compliment to the community. Food is so good words don't do it justice. A great variety to choose from. Be sure to save room for dessert you'll be glad you did. All the associates do a wonderful job. Suzette was our waitress and she was great. A fine dining experience in a place like Virgin is a welcome experience. This uniquely-designed restaurant provides a choice for those more familiar with the dining choices in Springdale. A visit is worth the drive from the iconic Zion Canyon entrance. The interior is unique with décor reminiscent of the desert Southwest. Seating arrangements and mismatched furniture is a tad uncomfortable and needs more thought as it detracts from the flow of the servers and other restaurant patrons. Especially the half-tables near the S window makes it feels crowded as if the server needs to reach over the heads of several patrons to serve food and seatign feels awkward for the diners. All that said, the food was mostly good. The bread rolls served were more akin to biscuits. The small bites were reasonably priced, but lacked attention to detail. I appreciated the Greek flair to the cuisine reflected in the sauces and spices. The house dressing was especially flavorful and clever. The use of filo on the empanadas was a great fusion of traditions. The main course portions were large. The price matched the portions and one might consider sharing a main or asking for a half-plate. Deep fried vs bake potatoes need improvement to not be overcooked. The meat was well-source and well-cooked, but it seemed that the meat could have stood on it's own without so much heavy seasoning. We appreciate that sustainability was part of the equation when choosing grass-fed, pasture raised beef. We would have appreciated a broader statement on the menu reflecting the values of the restaurant. This way, more diners know about the commitment up front while ordering. We do appreciate all the qualities of the restaurant and it's staff. Overall, we would recommend the establishment, but hope the staff take it to the next level in terms of preparation, presentation, furnishings and flow.

Dinner was fabulous. We enjoyed empanada and ceviche appetizers and the pork chops. Suzette, our server, was “tops”. The restaurant needs more servers like Suzette. We keep coming back to this gem in the middle of nowhere!
