Embers - Virgin

This place is part of Under Canvas accommodations. It is inside the large tent where reception is located. The burger was cooked well and the fries so tasty- I'm a big ketchup and fries person but I hardly needed any ketchup at all. My husband got the grilled chicken with zucchini and squash Chile lime sauce and beaked red potatoes. Chicken was tender and juicy. Veggies were cooked well and seasoned perfectly. The dining experience was different but sooo good. The views outside was icing on the cake. Book a stay at Under Canvas Zion and experience dining at Embers.

We had breakfast here after staying in Under Canvas Zion. They open at 7am. Food is very standard and more of a three star type of deal but it's such a treat to be able to sit outside and watch the sunrise come up behind the maroon colored cliffs. There's plenty of indoor seating too. They also have free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at all hours so bonus points for that.
