I enjoyed a well-cooked burger, and the fries were absolutely delicious—I usually love ketchup with my fries, but these were so good that I hardly needed any. My husband ordered the grilled chicken, which came with zucchini and squash, a Chile lime sauce, and baked red potatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the veggies were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The dining experience was unique and truly delightful. The views outside were the cherry on top. If you stay at Under Canvas Zion, make sure to dine at Embers!

The food is quite standard, earning about three stars, but it’s a real pleasure to sit outside and watch the sunrise behind the stunning maroon cliffs. There's also ample indoor seating available. Additionally, they offer free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day, which is a nice bonus.
