It's not fast so expect... read more This place is interesting to say the least. There were only two guys working and this place was super busy. It's small and older place. It's not fast so expect to wait a bit but the food was good. Had the Buffalo burger and coconut cream pie. It's not meringue so don't order If you're a stickler. Bob was nice and was working hard to greet, serve, clean tables, help in the kitchen, etc.

The restaurant is attached to a shop called Buffalo trails trading company, they are one and the same. We arrived in dark at the parking lot, unsure if it was even open. Upon entering we were met by Bob, who ran us through the pretty limited menu with great fervour. The food was superb, Bob made a point of explaining how he tried to make everything have gluten free options. The gluten free burger bun was excellent, so much so that we tried to buy some for the rest of our trip. Everything was made fresh and seemed to be a family affair. Price was very reasonable and we had a really enjoyable, authentic experience.

Our waiter was hilarious and he could cook like a wizard. The ribeye sandwich was perfectly cooked and the chocolate brownie pie was a perfect way to finish it off. Thank you Bob, you're a legend. Next time I am in virgin I will certainly be back.
