The food exceeded all my expectations, and I truly have no complaints. The staff was incredibly attentive and considerate, to the extent that we felt as if we were the only guests in the restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of the Four Seasons restaurant in Denver, but this one is outstanding. Expect to spend over $100 per person.

The overall atmosphere felt warm and homey, with a ranch-like vibe. As for the food: - **Salmon (2/5)**: I prefer my food hot or at least warm, but my salmon was more on the cold side. The temperature was unappetizing, although I did enjoy the perfectly crispy skin. - **Bison Bone-in Ribeye (5/5)**: We ordered our steak medium-well, and it was cooked to perfection. It was well-seasoned, and I truly savored every bite. - **Whipped Yukon Potatoes (3/5)**: The texture was spot on—thick and creamy—but the flavor definitely left something to be desired. They could use a lot more seasoning. - **Brussels Sprouts (3/5)**: They were a bit charred, and instead of being crispy, they ended up more chewy.
