The overall atmosphere felt warm and homey, with a ranch-like vibe. As for the food: - **Salmon (2/5)**: I prefer my food hot or at least warm, but my salmon was more on the cold side. The temperature was unappetizing, although I did enjoy the perfectly crispy skin. - **Bison Bone-in Ribeye (5/5)**: We ordered our steak medium-well, and it was cooked to perfection. It was well-seasoned, and I truly savored every bite. - **Whipped Yukon Potatoes (3/5)**: The texture was spot on—thick and creamy—but the flavor definitely left something to be desired. They could use a lot more seasoning. - **Brussels Sprouts (3/5)**: They were a bit charred, and instead of being crispy, they ended up more chewy. I wish they had a better crunch. - **Carrot Cake (2/5)**: There was nothing special about it. The white chocolate coating had a nice texture, but the cake itself lacked flavor. The wine list was extensive, and the servers were very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and romantic. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
