Even though the restaurant was completely packed and they were busy, Chad's service was impressive. I would love to come back if I ever go skiing again!

The ambience is so clean. It’s almost like it was built yesterday. We started with the bison Shelley that was a healthy portion, which a appreciate, and beautiful garnish is on top. I got the kale salad with quinoa and crest. Farro added chicken and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what my diet needed.

The ma... read more We enjoyed our stop here for lunch. The Hostess was a bit hostile on seating. She wouldn’t allow patrons to sit where they requested. They were not busy. The manager addressed it after 3 different parties came in. That was nice to see it was taken care of. All in all the food was DELICIOUS! It was a nice stop while traveling through Vail.

We got (s... read more Very cool vibe, great food and service! Jackie took care of us and did an amazing job! The blazing saddles whiskey drink was refreshing and enjoyable. We got (sorry not pictured) the shrimp aquachili, wild boar chili and creamy tomato soup for apps. All were amazing!!! For entrees we got the Scottish salmon and elk bolognese and they were both very delicious. Highly recommend when in Vail.
