Reviews - Bully Ranch
Reviews summary
Bully Ranch, nestled in Vail Village, offers a charming atmosphere paired with a diverse menu. While many patrons laud the juicy burgers and creative dishes like elk bolognese and truffle tots, experiences can vary significantly. Some have enjoyed attentive service and delectable desserts, while others faced disappointing service and delays. The lively ambiance and friendly staff contribute to its appeal; however, consistency in food quality remains a point of contention. For a memorable meal amidst Vail's picturesque backdrop, reservations are recommended, but diners should approach with tempered expectations regarding service and execution. Overall, Bully Ranch is a mixed bag worth exploring.

The food is excellent, with a diverse and intriguing menu. The warm service from Diego was a lovely touch. The atmosphere of the room is also fantastic.
We visited this restaurant for our final night in Vail, and it was a great experience for my boyfriend, our 8-year-old son, and me. The food was outstanding; the tomato soup was the best I've ever tasted. My son thoroughly enjoyed his Wagyu burger. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, but it lacked a certain energy. Overall, the food was excellent, and we would definitely come back.

The burgers here are excellent—large and delicious. We arrived right when they opened for lunch, and there was quite a crowd. The waitstaff took a bit longer than usual to attend to everyone, but given the sudden rush of customers, that was completely understandable.

Whenever we vacation in Vail, we always make it a point to dine at Bully Ranch. The menu has definitely changed over the years, offering new options with each visit. The food is excellent, and it tends to get quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation. During our latest visit, we tried the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, the Toasted Farro and Quinoa Power Bowl, flatbread, and topped it off with a delicious hot chocolate chip cookie served à la mode. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively.
All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially our server, Chad, who was exceptionally nice. The bourbon burger was delicious. Even though the restaurant was completely packed and they were busy, Chad's service was impressive. I would love to come back if I ever go skiing again!
I was really impressed! The ambience is so clean. It’s almost like it was built yesterday. We started with the bison Shelley that was a healthy portion, which a appreciate, and beautiful garnish is on top. I got the kale salad with quinoa and crest. Farro added chicken and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what my diet needed.
