Understanding tha... read more We arrived at this location party of 4 at 1pm Sunday on July 10, 2022. Mind you the restaurant was not busy and were told of a 20-25 min wait. Understanding that they must be short handed we decided to wait. While we were being seated the host thought atable was ready but still was not wiped down so he sat us at a different location. Once the server came over after being seatedfor 5 min she takes out drink order. Being that we waited so long we asked if we could place our order and she tells us that wecould not and she was only taking the drink order. Once we waited another 10 minutes to place our food order it seem like wewaited 30 minutes for the food. The food did come out hot however the bread on my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. She wentto the kitchen and had another roll and wanted me to move all the ingredients over to the new roll myself which was difficultconsidering the sauce was all over the original hard roll. I?ve never experienced going to a chilies from start to finish takingover two hours. I understand that times are tough and businesses are struggling hiring employees but that was this way over thetop of a bad experience.

I received a large bag of chips, but after dipping six ch... read more The restaurant provided just enough dip in the container to be able to claim that there was dip in it. I received a large bag of chips, but after dipping six chips, I had run out of dip. While the salsa was tasty, the bean dip and queso dip hardly covered the bottom of the container. The corn was overcooked and lacked flavor. The chicken tenders were good, which is what saved this review from being a one-star experience.

The menu is diverse with many appealing options, and the service was good. The lunch specials are a great deal at $10 for three items. I enjoyed the hamburger and fries, but they weren't anything extraordinary. I didn't try the tempting "Big Mouth" burger. The southwest chicken soup was pleasantly spiced – just right. I plan to return to sample more of the enticing offerings.

I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and it was beautifully presented and made with great quality ingredients considering the venue, arriving within 2-3 minutes. The food and drinks were delicious, there was ample space, and overall, I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend it!
