Despite asking about it twice, I was told it was still being made. I ended up being late for an appointment due to the delay in receiving my order.

However, at this particular Starbucks, they do charge extra for additional ingredients. It goes against company policy and is not supposed to be done.

Like, if you order a white mocha and you want an extra pump of white mocha, they don’t charge you extra for it. This Starbucks DOES. They have been charging extra if someone orders extra of something that is already in the drink . Not supposed to do that
