Even the guy she was standing next to knew her attitude and snide remarks to him about a Customer was wrong. Next time give me extra fire saucethe first time I ask for it; don?t literally turn around and throw it in my bag without saying a word, not to mention she onlythrew in 3 more. I had 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 cheesy Gordita crunch, and 4 bean tacos. It?s not like a ordered ONE THING

Today was another fantastic experience, but with an unexpected twist – I discovered a note in my bag that said, "You are strong, keep going." It brought me to tears and truly lifted my spirits. Thank you to the staff for this lovely gesture!

The prices are reasonable for the quality of food, and the service is fast.

Took my fiancé to grab a quick lunch through the drive through and the manager came up to the window just to tell us to stop speaking essentially just because s... read more Took my fiancé to grab a quick lunch through the drive through and the manager came up to the window just to tell us to stop speaking essentially just because she didn't like the topic or word choices of the conversation. We had asked her why she needed to be ease dropping on a conversation she is not even a part of. She continues to scold us on how we won't be speaking that way in her drive through. We said its a free country at this point as we weren't taking it THAT seriously because clearly she's just an old, bitter Karen. She then said couldn't freely speak at her restaurant. Then proceeded to give us the completely wrong order while laughing at us. The franchisee needs to get their management in check before she runs off all the customers.
