We had asked her why she needed to be ease dropping on a conversation she is not even a part of. She continues to scold us on how we won't be speaking that way in her drive through. We said its a free country at this point as we weren't taking it THAT seriously because clearly she's just an old, bitter Karen. She then said couldn't freely speak at her restaurant. Then proceeded to give us the completely wrong order while laughing at us. The franchisee needs to get their management in check before she runs off all the customers.

My husband and I were picking up an Uber order and when we arrived at the dr... read more I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. My experience tonight was terrible. My husband and I were picking up an Uber order and when we arrived at the drive-thru window, the night manager Jason was extremely rude. He called my husband a "dumbass" for not going through the empty drive-thru line and said we needed to go back and use the intercom to place our order. Despite there being no one else in line, he insisted we cancel our order because of our supposed rudeness. As managers at a fast food company ourselves, we know this behavior was uncalled for. We were deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated. We have never had such a negative experience before and my husband will be contacting HR to address this issue. We hope that in the future, the staff will provide better customer service. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was very unpleasant.

Next time give me extra fire saucethe first time I ask for it; don?t literally turn around and throw it in my bag without saying a word, not to mention she onlythrew in 3 more. I had 1 chicken quesadilla, 1 cheesy Gordita crunch, and 4 bean tacos. It?s not like a ordered ONE THING

Not top of line ingredients/meats you would get from a high end Mexican restaurant. You get what you pay for.
