Taco Bell - Trinity

I ordered nearly $40 worth of food through the drive-thru and it was ready quickly! The drive-thru employee was very friendly and patient.

I eat at this location 6 days a week every week on my way to work, I’m a rewards member and was offered a discount through app but the discount wouldn’t show up. The manager on duty absolutely refused to honor the coupon despite me reminding him that I eat there everyday, this manager confirmed he sees me everyday but refused to honor the promotion

The corn chips on the Taco Bell Grande Nachos were stale.

Took my fiancé to grab a quick lunch through the drive through and the manager came up to the window just to tell us to stop speaking essentially just because she didn't like the topic or word choices of the conversation. We had asked her why she needed to be ease dropping on a conversation she is not even a part of. She continues to scold us on how we won't be speaking that way in her drive through. We said its a free country at this point as we weren't taking it THAT seriously because clearly she's just an old, bitter Karen. She then said couldn't freely speak at her restaurant. Then proceeded to give us the completely wrong order while laughing at us. The franchisee needs to get their management in check before she runs off all the customers.

The food was excellent, with great service that was fast and fresh. I will definitely be coming back.
