I really enjoy the food here, always fantastic. But that was my first time in this dinner since this Covid began. I felt very uncomfortable, there were no partitions between each seating area and the people were still set next to each table. No social distancing at all. In society for non-preparations for the safety of the diners.
Terrible experience! Our server stopped coming to our table once he got sat more tables. He couldn't handle more than one table at a time. Thank goodness the other servers were so kind to continue to help us because we couldn't even get his attention. My salad came out without any toppings that was supposed to be on it and the chicken was ice cold. I had to get multiple servers attention to send it back. I told my server about it and he didn't even check on my order. I had to keep waving down different employees for help, which is unfair to them. The whole experience took twice as long as it should for lunch. I was supposed to get a kid's meal but he never came back so I couldn't even order it because I ran out of time. The manager did come by and help with the situation and he was very kind, but I think there are steps to take to prevent this from happening again!
