Stayed in the Rose Hotel on a Saturday night recently and from the moment at checkin we felt so welcome and at ease. I tour Ireland for a living and I thought the staff on reception, in the bar for dinner and at breakfast we so seasoned and professional it was impressive. At reception, from the warm welcome to assisting us with some items we'd forgotten, they were a great help. In the bar for food, they had GF options for our child and when one of us had to leave briefly, our food was kept warm (without asking) and their attention to us, engagement with our kids and prompt service really made it a great experience. At breakfast, we got a warm welcome, prompt service and the seperate GF buffet had our child beaming. Can't compliment the staff enough, a great mix of experience and new staff. Clearly comes from the top down. This level of hospitality is what Kerry is renowned for. Room also very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel heaven on earth
WOW. I did not expect that. Beautifully appointed hotel. Massive attention to detail everywhere. Gorgeous room (237) with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the mini lobbies on each accommodation floor. Very different. Probably one of the best appointed 'back stairs ' of any hotel in the country. What struck me most was the staff. Perfectly turned out dressed like 1st Class Emirates Obviously very well trained in great customer service. The ladies and gents in the breakfast dining room 10/10 WELL DONE. Abreath of fresh air. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Similarly bar staff. No, this is more than 4 Well done Rose Hotel and Tralee

Had afternoon tea with my daughter and my best friend for my 50th birthday. It was the most fabulous experience. The food,the staff,the atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday
