First class customer service!! I’ve always ordered from Unos and never been disappointed, a slight mistake made on my order for the first time ever and the chef himself rang me to correct it once I got in contact tonight. I was sent two deserts on the house and I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts! Best restaurant in Tralee, the food, the service, the staff! Highly recommended View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Uno:
The food is good and reasonably priced, with fair sized portions. The waitress was pleasant, attentive and chatty. And the premises appear clean. I had a minute steak, my wife had a pizza and we had a couple of alcohol free beers. As of the 5th Aug 2022, there was no alcohol licence so the restaurant couldn't serve alcoholic drink (you can bring your own though) but there are alcohol free versions of Heineken etc. th... Just a ten minute walk from our hotel, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant while exploring Tralee. The food was absolutely fantastic but the service was even better. The prawn risotto was out of this world. The menu offers something for anyone’s taste, even children. Visiting Ireland, I have been so impressed by the quality of food, service and unending hospitality. I highly recommend Ristorante Uno for the value and the experience.
We were holidaying in Banna Beach and Ristorante Uno was recommended to us.The food was very good.We have a child with special needs and the staff were wonderful .They could not have been more understanding and helpful.
Delicious food. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Pizzas are fab. My husband had a lovely vegan pasta. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
The curry was Devine ! And that's hard to say about curry. First class deserts and service too. Don't miss it !
The place is upstairs. Well presented. They have an outdoor area as well. Do not serve alcohol but do serve drinks and zero alcohol. They do zero corkage byo. The place was not all that busy, maybe half full. The food was very prompt, being served in only 10 mins. The servings were quite generous and very tasty.. good selection on the menu.
