read moreMorrisons has garnered mixed reactions, with a recent decline in food quality and service overshadowing its previous charm. While loyal patrons appreciated the cheerful staff and efforts during busy times, many expressed disappointment over shrinking portions, higher prices, and a chaotic dining experience. Guests reported issues like meals served out of order and confusion regarding menu options. Nevertheless, some customers still enjoyed delightful breakfasts and praised the hardworking team. As the restaurant navigates post-lockdown challenges, the balance between maintaining quality and managing customer expectations remains pivotal for its future success.
