Morrisons Supermarket Cafe - Torridge

While we stayed on vacation, we took off to get shopping and have a bite to eat in the caffe. we ordered fish and chips, and after a very long wait the food arrived and the fish was fought so badly that you could catch the white flocks. we sent the food back and an hour after entering the caffe came the next plate with the smallest piece fish imaginable. it must be a child. at this time we were too hungry to complain. we will not return!

The waitress who served us was extremely cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The food we ordered was delicious and the atmosphere at Morrisons in Biddeford was lovely. Great job!

I stopped by for breakfast while my van was being picked up by a breakdown service. It was a busy Saturday morning, with most tables occupied. Despite the rush, I saw two to three staff members working hard and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. When my breakdown service arrived early, they packed my food in to-go boxes for me. I was very pleased with the food and the exceptional service from the staff.

So popped into your cafe not interested in the stupid government scheme as also work.in the trade, yet came into what can only be described as chaos no social, distancing no controls queued like everyone else which is expected got to front to...order was told sorry stopped breakfast at fair enough bought coffees and sat down to catch up with family past and the table next to us ask how much longer would their meals be onlt to see you delivering a breakfast?? What these people were behind us in the queue so go and ask what was going on, only to be told by the young girl at the till it isn't breakfast its a brunch as the meal doesn't have hash browns but chips instead so in essence a breakfast when we tried to.order there was no offer of brunch sorry we stopped serving breakfast after midday so she should have said however we are doing brunch now a simple sentence and money in your tills appauling customer service howevrr the two ladies running food and dealing with demanding customers were doing a great job under demanding circumstances

One word DISGUSTING ! shocking service and food that was beyond edible. ordered via the self serve screen only to be told after waiting for over mins that they had ran out of ploughman's lunches ! had to queue again to reorder. My brunch...was a greasy vile mess. So glad not to have to go there again.
