Not enough staff. No ice. Fast food is no longer fast. Waiting 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I think they put extra pepper on my sandwich.. It was so hot I couldn't eat it ????
Biscuit was hard as a rock. Chicken was over cooked. Potatoes tasted like they were refrigerated. Terrible food, will not be going back.
The service at this location has been steadily declining long before having trouble finding people to work. It has been a couple months since I've been hoping things had improved no luck. We had to repeat not only the sandwiches, which were all the same, but the drink order as well. Something needs to be done so improvements can be made or they will loose business.
Avoid this location at all cost. I went there for a regular 3 peace and I was giving chicken tender's . Let make a u turn. I go back they make the correction with 3 cold over cooked Peace's .. This location will never see another dime from me. Cant waitfor the new Popeye's to open in highpoint.
Order the chicken biscuit they told me they didn't have any of their regular chicken ready and suggested I try the new bow chicken it was horrible biscuit was hard I considered even waiting on the other chicken they acted as if it was going to be toomuch of a hassle. Not professional and definitely not customer orientated
