Disappointed. Wanted a round table but was seated at a round banket , so when person in center needed to get out 3 others had to move first. Then food was delivered and it was warm. Steak , shrimp was ordered but all was warm. Vegetables were also warm. Waitress was fine but it didn't make up for the food issues. Needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon or not at all. It's a shame maybe it was just a bad experience.

I've been to this location multiple times recently for both a quick dine-in lunch, as well as several to-go orders. The bar staff has always taken great care of me, my food has always been tasty and the portion sizes have been good. Jamie was mywaitress when dining in the bar area, as well as the bartender taking care of several of my to-go orders. She was alwayspleasant and very helpful. Thanks!

Ruby Tuesday's has always been a favorite dining spot for us, which is why we don’t mind making the 32-mile drive to enjoy a meal there. However, our recent experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait. To the right, the tables were all set with clean silverware, yet empty, while on the left side, all the chairs were stacked against the wall. We requested a table since my husband is disabled and would like to start at the salad bar. The hostess informed us that our waitress had just taken a 15-minute break and there wouldn’t be anyone available to serve us drinks. This seemed odd since the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the establishment has noticeably declined. It felt as though there was no manager present to oversee the operations. There were only about six tables occupied, and in previous visits, we encountered similar issues, including a sign on the door stating the dining room was closed due to being short-staffed. It's disheartening to drive all this way, especially with gas prices so high, only to be turned away again. I strongly suggest hiring a manager who genuinely cares about the restaurant and its patrons. Lastly, the review prompt asked if I dined in, took out, or had delivery, and I’m not sure how to answer it, given that we left without being seated.

I placed a takeout order and included the kids' Mac and Cheese for my child. I was surprised to find that it didn't come with any sides—just the mac and cheese for $5.99. When I got home and opened it, I found it was in a small plastic container that was only about half full. It wasn't enough to fill my child up. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who was polite but explained that the mac and cheese is served in that portion size and there wasn't much they could do besides offering me a free one next time I come in. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, so I won’t get that free mac and cheese. This will be my last experience at Ruby Tuesday. It's one thing to receive less food for myself, but it's completely unacceptable to do that to my child.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My waitress, Alyssa, who was also the bartender, was very attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you're passing through and looking for a good spot to eat.
