Small home run restaurant with daily fresh menu. We went in Memorial Day for lunch around 12:30 and it was not busy yet. But it gets busy pretty quick. Their mushrooms risotto is good, and so does the burger. The burger is very juicy and flavorful. Thebroccoli salad is tasty. Not impressed by the crispy chicken or the salad. The French fries is locally made. It does not comewith any of the main dish and needs to be ordered separately. I would say this is a solid American food restaurant. Nothingamazing but taste pretty good if you are looking for traditional flavors.
Slipped into the this gem as we passed thru and I'm telling you the food is amazing! The wife and I had a $200 dinner the night before and it was nothing compared to this. I had the the Cuban the wife the steak and we were blown away the flavors we justunreal
We can for breakfast and it was delicious! I had the waffle platter with lemonade, and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. The chicken and waffles dish was huge! With 2 waffles sandwiched around a huge piece of chicken with sliced jalapeños.Everything was good. There was a lot of syrup on my waffles, but I like it like that. Staff was attentive and nice, I definitelywould go again. (My food looked so good, that I ate it immediately forgot to take a picture.
A small hole in the wall place on the main street in the Davis/Thomas area of West Virginia. Limited options, but what they do serve, they have perfected. The food was beyond amazing. I had the Pickled Pork Cuban and my wife had the loaded grilledcheese. It was absolutely one of the best meals I have had that was advertised as farm fresh to table. One interesting thingabout my sandwich was the pickled part. It had pickles, as you'd imagine, but it also had pickled squash, which was a surprisingtreat. If you are ever in Davis/Thomas and want something delicious, you can't do wrong going to Farm Up Table.
