John and Shari provided catering for our wedding last July, and we can't express how amazing the experience was. They are truly wonderful people who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. We received countless compliments from our guests! The brisket was a standout favorite, and the food was definitely one of the high points of the evening. We're already looking forward to the next opportunity to enjoy their food—Slim’s is always a great choice!
My wife and daughter have a food allergy, so I inquired about it while at the restaurant. The staff took the time to check all their ingredients and found that some items contained the allergen. They kindly prepared custom dishes for us, and they were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly as well, and the barbecue was fantastic.

Good BBQ and a very nice and friendly staff. Get your BBQ here and take it next door to the brewery to eat and have some great beers.
