Escalante's Fine Tex-mex Tequila - Feedback

What spelt wrong doesn't like about Escalante's Fine Tex-mex Tequila:
I really like escalante's I go at least 50 times a year but 90% of the time to the westhimer location I never have to check my Togo it is always exactly what was ordered. The last few times I went to this location something was missing this time it was jalapeños, tomatio,sause and Limes also I was eating with my boss it makes us both look incompetent when we cannot deliver. Jose Luis is an amazing server, and Santi the Manager is always looking for ways to make you feel appreciated, both are constantly checking that everything is up to expectation, and off course the food is great as well. View all feedback.
