My only issue, which I have noticed in some higher-end restaurants in Houston, is that I wish the staff were more attentive to keeping the table clean. They did a good job of clearing dishes at the appropriate times, but they seemed to overlook the need for wiping down the table. This was especially noticeable during dinner and became more apparent when dessert was served. It would have been nice if this detail had been taken care of without needing to be addressed by the diner.
