It was our first time here and we were not disappointed. The ambiance, the above all the service was great. Oh and the Naan, can't miss those. We ended up ordering extra Naans just to have them by themselves. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 View all feedback.
What azka latif doesn't like about Lasbela Catering:
Food is overpriced, doesnt taste good and unhygienic (i went there based on good online reviews and took alot of friends for a small get together) and took take out as well, there was small hair in the rice (when i saw a few i thought okay lets give them benefit of doubt, but even take out had same issue) goat had a weird smell, couldn’t finish all the food. Service is good as waiters/waitresses were very polite, hav... View all feedback.
Excellent service. The owner, Mr Aziz personally oversees the service aspect of the business which makes Lasbela one of the best restaurants in Houston by all standards. The menu has a broad variety of dishes and food quality is always consistent. Great decor and atmosphere.
This was my second time trying this place and We celebrated my wife’s birthday here. I highly recommend this place for the tasty food and their hospitality. Samrine our waitress took really good care of us.
Great restaurant with authentic flavors. Ordered the gobi, wings, garlic naan, and karahi chicken, which was so good I forgot to take a picture. Service is super attentive and friendly. Would go again.
Ashish was really amazing. The food was really really good and plentiful. We went there for Houston restaurant week and for $39 a person, we had so much food that just the first course alone (out of 4 courses) was enough to put us to sleep and I mean a really good sleep. We will definitely recommend and put our foodie stamp of approval. Even the desert was amazing. I can't stress this enough. Get our boy Ashish a raise.
Restaurant has simple decor, and plenty of seats for big and small groups. Service was great. My waitress gave recommendations, and advices on spice level for different dishes. She was attentive and polite too.My friend and I came for lunch, and we had the Lasbela mutton karahi, murgh malai handi, and garlic naan. The mutton karahi had the right amount of spice. The meat was tender, and the gravy was flavorful. The murgh malai handi was creamy, and not spicy. The chicken pieces are slightly over cooked but the flavors were great. For people who can’t handle spice but would like to just-do-it, consider ordering the mutton karahi and murgh malai handi because the cream in murgh malai handi balances the spiciness of the mutton karahi. The garlic naan was so fragrant. It had the right amount of garlic, and it was soft. To end our meal, we had the plain burfilee which had thin slices of almond on it. The burfilee was creamy but not overly sweet. It was a good dessert. I also had a cup of masala chai. The tea was fragrant and I could taste the black tea. But it could be better if the spices were more prominent.I would come back for more.
