The Capital Grille at the Galleria offers exceptional service and food, with servers like Tony and Jacob going above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable. The steaks are delicious, the cocktails are outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is hard to beat. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the need for better enforcement of the dress code and controlling noise levels from other patrons. Despite some minor issues, the Capital Grille remains a top choice for a classic dining experience with impeccable service and delectable food.
Normally Capital Grille at the Galleria hits it out of the park. Our food and service was impeccable, Tony our waiter was fantastic and professional. However, we were put in the side room next to a table of very tall, and very loud women and one dude WEARING SHORTS. Management needs to do a better job of controlling the volume and actually enforcing the dress code. I come to the Capital Grille partly because of what it is not (i.e. Chilis or da Cluuuuuuuub)
I have had dinner here several times, but since Covid it appears they will let any attire in to dine. Shorts flipflops etc...just ruins the over atmosphere. If I wanted that I would have just gone to Roadhouse. Other than that the service is always top notch. Food is always a to star
Jacob was our server and he was great. We loved our choices and food was great! At the end we were unsure about dessert and decided not to get anything. Jacob brought us some samples to try for next time. This has been one of our best experiences yet at the Capital Grill
