I ordered 2 Thai curries (Beef red and Pork Green) and egg fried rice. Can't really say they were in any way authentic Thai,maybe I was expecting too much. Very bland and very little heat. Will not be so lazy next time and make my own !!

However, my experience this weekend was disappointing. The food was bland, very salty, and not as fresh as it used to be. I ended up throwing it away, and this has deterred me from returning to the restaurant.

Our takeaway last Friday was particularly bland, and sadly, this is not the first time we have noticed a decline in their quality.

Ring again to be told 'oh it should be there '. Well obviously it 's not. Told to wait another 10 minutes to see if food turns up. Still nothing. Call back, they hadn 't even attempted to call the driver to check. Turns out the woman who took the order never put it through to the kitchen so an hour and a half wait for absolutely nothing. Complete joke! Don 't waste your time.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service skills with the person on the other end of the phone being extremely rude, everything seemed too much hassle despite there being no alterations with any of my meals that I had ordered. This is not the first time I have been spoken to in this manner but after a year of not returning I though I would give it another go. However, I was extremely disappointed and this will without a doubt be the last time I will be returning. There are 2 other perfectly good Chinese takeaways in the same town both of which are very welcoming and are extremely polite with amazing food.
