The workers frequently leave out items from the order wheth... read more One thing I really appreciate about the location is that it's fast. However, the service is abysmal. The workers frequently leave out items from the order whether it's because they forgot an item or because they're out of it and make no effort to let the customer know, especially on pickup orders. Several times now I have not gotten the food that I payed for due to worker negligence.

This Taco Bell had already run out of tea, and it was only 9 pm. The service inside the restaurant was very slow. A young man from the kitchen delivered the food and was very friendly; he also brought straws and lids for the cups. However, there were no napkins included in the food bags or boxes.
