Great service and good food. the staff is friendly and very fast with the order. this is literally the only taco bell that has not made me sick, says the health class in front, it is very clean and I believe it. all saw each other very well and clean themselves.
Patricia hardy manager at the sylva nc taco bell was absolutely rude for customers. complaining about a mistake on one or to fix it and talking to their employees atam. Excuses for their attitude. I personally will not eat there until it is replaced.
Great service and great food. The staff is friendly and very quick with the order. This is literally the only Taco Bell that hasn't made me sick, the health grade posted up front says it's very clean and I believe it. Everyone looked very put-together and clean themselves. Great job guys!
I never was refunded for a $20 order, when I only received $12 of the order due to the machine being out of service
One thing I really appreciate about the location is that it's fast. However, the service is abysmal. The workers frequently leave out items from the order whether it's because they forgot an item or because they're out of it and make no effort to let the customer know, especially on pickup orders. Several times now I have not gotten the food that I payed for due to worker negligence.
