I bought 3 racks for family and friends and every one of the 10 people who tasted, including me, absolutely loved them. The sides however were ridiculously small for what was paid. Like a joke of a size. Don’t get me wrong, they were good. But that aside, service was professional and friendly, and the sweet tea was great. Would I come back? Yes. Absolutely.

I got The brisket taco per th... read more We are from the south so I don’t go into BBQ places thinking I’m going to be wow’ed by the food but Big Nicks really surprised me. I got The brisket taco per their recommendation and they were so right.. it was 10/10 for me. The taco shell was crispy around the edges, brisket was moist and tender, the crema sauce was delicious and creamy, the melty cheese really brought it home though.. a must try! I like to try as many sides as possible at new BBQ places and these sides did not disappoint. The coleslaw was perfect texture and sweetness. French fries were crispy and seasoned deliciousness. Potato salad was creamy and amazing. The baked bean were sweet and saucy with good pieces of pork in there. All the food we tried was amazing. The service was incredible and they were so patient and helpful. We couldn’t leave without trying their homemade peanut butter pie.. also a hit! The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming.

Make sure to get there at a decent time(kinda early around lunch) because they do run out of popular items. Their baby back ribs, brisket mac&cheese, and waffle fries are my go to every time. The ribs are fall off the bone and very juicy with flavor. The brisket mac and cheese is delicious and the waffle fries areperfectly cooked to a golden brown with the right amount of crisp where they're not soggy and not too crispy and seasoned justright. I definitely recommend this restaurant. One of my favorite moms and pops places to go.
