$15 for a plate with sauce and two sides. Or so I thought. Delivered with one side and zero sauce. Entree? A pile of bbq smaller than my fist. Definitely will not get food from there again. Thanks, bro.

Very delicious BBQ and very friendly and accommodating staff. Make sure to get there at a decent time(kinda early around lunch) because they do run out of popular items. Their baby back ribs, brisket mac&cheese, and waffle fries are my go to every time. The ribs are fall off the bone and very juicy with flavor. The brisket mac and cheese is delicious and the waffle fries areperfectly cooked to a golden brown with the right amount of crisp where they're not soggy and not too crispy and seasoned justright. I definitely recommend this restaurant. One of my favorite moms and pops places to go.

We got a large sampling from Big Nick's this past weekend, for a family gathering. This was our first meal from BNB, and it didn't disappoint. I smoke a good amount of meat at home, and I've tasted a lot of BBQ, and this one really stacked up. Ribswere meaty, with just enough smoke and not too much dry rub. Brisket was perfectly tender. Pulled pork was nice, with a lot ofburnt edges to provide flavor. The sides were the real surprise get the brisket mac and cheese! I love that it had the dry rubsprinkled in, and the heat that it contributed. Brisket/pimento cheese egg rolls were also a great surprise. Sauces: go for thetraditional sweet with good cumin/chili undertones. Awesome. We'll definitely be back!

Went to this place on a Monday since Haywood smokehouse my go to bbq place in N. Carolina was closed and Big Nick?s did not let down. The young guys working the counter were having a good time laughing and enjoying being at work and were very friendly, delivered the food w/ quick service and made sure we had everything we needed. Solid barbecue, decent ribs and great sides: thebaked beans and tater salad were some of the best bbq sides I have ever had. Highlights: Brisket, baked beans, fried okra, tater salad Meh: Mac and cheese coleslaw
