I have no time to wait 15-20 minutes for an order. if we can't get in, they don't leave this as an option. also I don't see the problem just going and picking up on the go orders. they just command the way they come. even if I'm able to go, they never have the donuts just the drink, so I wait at the end to the attention of someone then too. this dunkin didn't run very well at all. the only plus is most employees are polite.

Additionally, the food here is consistently overcooked. It is not recommended to dine here unless you enjoy burnt dishes and poor service.

I was excited because I was there on Donut day, but my cappuccino was super strong.

A... read more They can't seem to get drinks right. They even got the donut order wrong. 1 plain and 1 chocolate glazed turned out to be 1 blueberry and 1 chocolate frosted. At least the sandwiches turned out correct. It seems like this was everyone's first day at work (or ever seeing a donut)
