Soooo good! I love Bojangle's chicken. It didn't go in, but otherwise it was good. At the time they were not with cards so that was a bummer, but other than that our food was good and stayed hot on our ride to our picnic 30 min away) View all feedback.
What niobie redus doesn't like about Bojangles' Famous Chicken:
The food was good! They did forget our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. Also the cashier was very rude and kept rolling her eyes as I ordered. I can understand being frustrated because it was busy, I work in the food industry/customer service and I know it?snot always peaches and cream. I also know that is not how you treat customers. It's the third time I've been pleased with the chicken sandwich but bitterly disappointed with their fries. The portion size has been embarrassingly small for the price, but because the quality has been lacking it almost doesn't even matter. If you arepaying $10+ for a chicken sandwich meal, the fries should at LEAST fill the pitiful paper bag, even if they are cold limp.
So delicious! I absolutely love Bojangle's chicken. Although we didn’t dine in, everything else was great. Unfortunately, they weren’t accepting card payments at the time, which was a bit disappointing, but other than that, our food was delicious and it stayed warm during our 30-minute drive to the picnic.
This Bojangles is my favorite! I spent a lot of time here during my college days at WCU. The staff always offered me a student discount, which made it even better!
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The chicken was juicy and delicious.
All the food was freshly prepared, and we were treated with great respect. The chicken and dirty rice had the perfect amount of seasoning.
