Description

Tucked away in Sylva, this restaurant showcases a unique charm that appeals to some diners while leaving others unimpressed. While the food, particularly the pizza, garners rave reviews for its quality and flavor, service and atmosphere seem inconsistent. Many patrons appreciate the allergy-friendly options and cozy ambiance, yet others express frustration with unhelpful staff and disorganization. Highlights include the vegan cheese fries and gluten-free pizza, but mixed feelings about menu items and service quality linger. Overall, this spot serves as a mixed bag, promising great food for some, while others might prefer to dine elsewhere.

My wife ordered the Patty Melt and I got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. She mentioned she wouldn't want to return to this restaurant. I thought it was decent, but I'm considering trying the tomato soup and grilled cheese next time, as our friends had it and it looked appetizing.

The service was rated two out of five, but the food was amazing. As a first-time customer, I was disappointed by the lack of signage and the uninviting attitudes of the employees when I walked in. Despite this, the food was quite good - I particularly enjoyed the vegan cheese fries, which were very rich and decadent. However, the overall experience was not very pleasant, and I probably won't be returning. I also had to pick up the menus, kids menus, crayons, salt, pepper, etc. myself, as I wasn't informed to do so at the front. Overall, it was not a relaxing dining experience.

Don’t waste your time here for food! Won’t be back! Another family waiting told us where to get menus and how to order, while the girl wiping a board (that worked there) just looked at us. The food wasn’t good at all. It was like someone dumbed the whole seasoning bottle on top of the chips and chicken. Husband had a veggie bacon wrap with barely one piece of bacon, if that. Only positive side is the nice guy serving beer and we heard him say a 100 times, when others asked to order food… “I only do beer” he was doing his job. The kitchen side was terrible. There is more but I will stop here……
