Cosmic Carry-out - Sylva

We just had chicken tacos and ribeye quesadilla that we're outstanding! The gentleman brought us our food at Innovation Brewing and blew us away with terrific ingredients, balanced flavors, and generous portions. If you're in Sylva, do what the locals told us to do, and stop in for a great meal!

Always 10/10. The quality of the food is always exceptional, the customer service matches. If you're lucky you can get a good seat on the river or inside at innovation, but it's just as good to go but the fries are best FRESH. A bacon blue burger never disappoints

Great food truck attached to the Innovation Brewing patio. We love their homemade veggie burgers- probably the most substantial veggie burgers we have found in our travels! The food truck delivers food to your table at Innovation- so enjoy good burgers and drinks! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, sweet potato quesadilla Dietary restrictions: The veggie burger is nut free!

I kind of wanted to give a 1 Star review because the service we just received was really disappointing, but the food is actually really good. We came one time last year and had a pretty good experience and loved the food. However, we didn’t even get to order anything because the closing guy turned us away. My family and I were on vacation and we wanted to show them the really good burgers we enjoyed at Cosmic. It was a last minute craving, and our stay was about an hour away but I saw the place was open until 10:30 and GPS said we’d make it around 9:45. When we walked up, we looked through the options for about 5 min and when we were ready to order it was about 9:50 and the guy working told us pretty rudely that he was already closed and tried to flip the sign (it was open when we walked up and when he flipped it was still open). We weren’t going to argue because it was late but it was a little upsetting because even if closing time was 10, he should be able to at least make us a burger if he was cleaning up or told us while we were looking at the menu that he was closed. Instead he saw us, let us make our decision and then told us he was “closed”
