The Ternary, located within the Novotel at Darling Harbour, offers a unique dining experience with its fantastic service, beautiful views of the city's skyline, and adventurous dishes that never fail to deliver. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features a variety of options, from perfectly grilled snapper to mouth-watering cocktails. Despite some minor negatives such as overpriced dishes, the overall dining experience at The Ternary is memorable and impressive. This restaurant is a must-visit for both locals and visitors looking for a five-star dining experience in Sydney.
Really good place for dinner, beautiful ambience, friendly service, the food is of good quality and great for appointments. A friend has received the Accor member for 50% all invoices in all ACCOR hotels Resto. Great deal. Recommended to get membership.
Unimpressed with our experience here. Took our business customers on the ternar while he stays in the Novotel. The proposals we got was impressive. The chicken satay was a beautiful aroma, but the chicken was over. The scallops were pretty rubbery and overcooked. The chicken nodules had no taste. Grief The pasta and duck, which was ordered by our managing director, was fine, which was hopeful!
This restaurant is a decent walk from the nearest town hall and a small further budding Darling Harbor. The view is beautiful, overlooking the skyline of Darling Harbor, which is nice at night. The ambience of the restaurant itself is spacious and crisp. It is quiet enough to allow you to have a decent conversation, but still look pretty. The wine and cocktail list has many great opportunities and the food is divine. The Asian bar and barbecue is a unique concept, but meals are brilliantly deducted.
The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, and the blend of spices was outstanding. We decided to order several items to share in order to experience the different flavors, and we were thoroughly pleased with our choices. Each dish was beautifully presented and of high quality. As someone with dairy intolerance, I was thrilled to find such a diverse selection of delicious options. The service was friendly, attentive, and timely. I’ve already made another reservation to return!
